Here are some tips on how to fight against dental problems:

  1. Visit your dentist regularly and have your mouth looked at.
  2. Eat a variety of healthy foods that will contribute to a fit body especially if you are pregnant.
  3. Floss your teeth after brushing.
  4. Wash mouth with an antimicrobial mouth wash to help lessen the bacteria.
  5. If possible, stop smoking.
